There are 2 airports to choose from.  Bangor International is the larger of the 2 and is the flight destination of the majority of visitors to Acadia Park, while the other is a small airport with services of U.S. Airways. 
 
Bangor International Airport is your entry to the heart of Maine and is the flight destination of the majority of visitors to Acadia Park.   The airport offers daily non-stop flights to eight major hubs: Atlanta, Boston, Detroit, Philadelphia, Minneapolis* and Metro New York’s LaGuardia and Newark airports with easy connections to/from all national and international destinations.  There are over 60 flights a day to and from major cities in the Northeast, national and regional hubs, and vacation destinations.  Information: 1-866-fly-bangor or 1-866-359-2264
 
 
Hancock County Bar Harbor Airport.  This airport  is a commercial service airport and provides both general aviation services and scheduled airline services.  It is located just 3 miles from the park.  More information.  Airline services are operated by Colgan Air, a US Airways Express carrier.
